By accessing or using any services provided by Zarai AI (operated by EchoAI Labs), including but not limited to our website at zarai.ai, the Ad Generator, SuperVolume Max, and any related tools or APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Zarai AI provides AI-powered software tools and services, including:
- Ad Generator — AI-powered content generation for classified advertisements
- SuperVolume Max — AI audio enhancement and processing
- Additional tools as released from time to time
Services may be offered as free tiers, paid subscriptions, or one-time purchases as described on the respective product pages.
3. Account & Access
Some Services may be used without an account. Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape or overload our infrastructure
- Generate spam, phishing content, or content that violates platform policies
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
All Zarai AI branding, software, designs, algorithms, and documentation are the intellectual property of EchoAI Labs. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our IP.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you input into our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated output.
5.3 Generated Output
Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed on the relevant product pages and may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].
7. Free Tier & Rate Limits
Free tiers are subject to daily or monthly usage limits as described on each product page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. Abuse of free tiers may result in suspension.
8. API Access
API access (where available) is subject to additional rate limits and usage policies. API keys are confidential — you are responsible for securing them. We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms.
9. Availability & Support

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoAI Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
